  • Funding, investment, or profitability outcomes

Any decisions made by clients based on advice or recommendations provided by BizBud remain the responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Cooperate in a professional and timely manner
  • Review advice and recommendations independently
  • Seek independent legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice where appropriate

BizBud is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by clients.

5. Payments and Pricing

All pricing displayed on the BizBud website is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Payments for consultations, advisory services, digital products, or other services may be required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

BizBud reserves the right to:

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be non-refundable

Digital products, downloadable resources, and completed advisory work are generally non-refundable unless required by New Zealand consumer law.

  • Documents
  • Templates
  • Resources
  • Downloads
  • Logos

8. Confidentiality

BizBud will take reasonable steps to keep client information confidential.

Clients acknowledge that certain third-party systems and software providers may be used to deliver services, including online booking systems, email platforms, cloud storage providers, and Shopify.

BizBud will not intentionally disclose confidential information unless:

You agree not to:
